1. Introduction

Welcome to BitsProxy! These guidelines outline the expectations for user behavior and content sharing on our platform. By using BitsProxy, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on BitsProxy:

  • Child Endangerment: Any content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers children, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content that engages with or encourages harm to minors is strictly forbidden. Only anti-pedophilia advocacy content that promotes child safety is permitted.
  • Terrorism & Extremism: Content that promotes, glorifies, or supports terrorist organizations, extremist ideologies, or violent extremism is strictly prohibited. This includes recruitment materials, propaganda, or any content that incites violence or harm.
  • Harassment, Bullying & Doxxing: Sharing personal or confidential information about an individual without their consent (doxxing), engaging in targeted harassment, cyberbullying, or any behavior intended to intimidate, threaten, or harm others is not allowed.

3. Content Removal and Consequences

If prohibited content is found, BitsProxy reserves the right to:

  • Immediately remove the content
  • Suspend or terminate the account of the user who posted the content
  • Report the user to the relevant authorities in severe cases, such as child endangerment, terrorism, or other illegal activities
  • Preserve evidence for law enforcement investigations when necessary

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it to our support team at support@bitsproxy.com. Your assistance in maintaining a safe and respectful community is greatly appreciated.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

BitsProxy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for content involving child endangerment, terrorism, extremism, and severe harassment. Violations of these policies will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
